FREE Back to School Resources for Parents & Educators!
Parents & Fellow Educators!
How is September less than two weeks away already?
Is there any end in sight for COVID?
Will school ever go back to normal?
These are questions we are all asking ourselves at the moment, as parents and as educators. And wanting to accept it or not, summer has come and gone and has done so for most without its usual vacations and relaxation rituals. And now we face the Fall and back to school with the same confusion and uncertainties we had at the end of last school year.
The way I've learned to cope with all of the unknowns 2020 has brought into my life is to focus on what I am in control of: my own self-care, daily mindfulness practices, and building community & support networks with other teachers, educators, and friends who care for kids! Because if anything I know I am in control of focusing on being the best mentor and teacher I can be.
Through community and support I know we can all get through this together! That is why I have put together these resources to help you too!
